1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.

To request a return:

  2. Our support team will provide detailed return instructions.
  3. Returns must be shipped back by mail to the address provided by our team.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Print Masterly covers all return shipping costs.
  • Non-Defective Products: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to your original payment method (Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal Wallet, or PayPal).
  • Processed within 5 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are allowed for items returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition.
  • If the exchanged product has a price difference, you will either receive a refund for the difference or be required to pay the balance.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective or damaged).
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day return period.
  • Used, worn, or damaged products not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
