1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after this cut-off time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

2. Shipping & Transit Time

  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days (handling + transit), depending on the customer’s location.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

3. Shipping Costs

We provide free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update once the carrier scans the package.

5. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to a wide range of destinations. All delivery times are based on the customer’s location. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your region, please contact our support team before placing an order.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped only to valid addresses provided at checkout.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, Print Masterly is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will provide instructions for return or replacement.
  • Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
